The Pingchuan Economic Development Zone Water Supply Project is located on the south side of the southern district of the Pingchuan Economic Development Zone, and is constructed by the Baiyin Pingchuan Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The total land area of the project is about 135.14 acres, with a total construction area of 20.2737 million square meters. The estimated total investment of the project is 757.811 billion yuan.

The main construction content includes:

1. Grid and lifting pump room, with a building area of 147.66 meters;

2. One water purification workshop (including two integrated mixed reaction sedimentation tanks, two sand filters, one backwash room, and one dosing room), with a building area of 873 meters;

3. One clear water tank with a volume of 1519.44m3;

4. One suction well and water supply pump room, with a building area of 297.18 square meters;

5. One sludge and wastewater regulation tank with a volume of 1929.38m3;

6. One mud storage tank with a volume of 137.50m3;

7. One sludge dewatering workshop with a building area of 143.22 meters;

8. One chlorine dosing room with a building area of 71.92 m2:

9. One comprehensive management building with a building area of 473.11 meters; 10. One entrance to the reception room, with a building area of 21.16 meters; 11. One raw water storage tank with a capacity of 200000 meters.

2643.20 meters of roads and hardening, and 6834.20 meters of greenery within the factory area; Construct a new wall of 445.20m, install 20 street lamps, and lay a 10kV overhead outer line of 5000m; Lay 1500m of DN800 raw water transmission pipeline and 400m of DN400 water supply pipeline.
