In order to fully implement the requirements of training for all employees of the group, further improve the overall quality and operational skills of employees, and meet the needs of rapid development of the company, according to the annual training plan of the group, theoretical training for employees is being carried out in an orderly manner starting from January 8th.
According to the training arrangement of the group, each department invites department heads and relevant technical management personnel to give lectures. Department heads provide detailed explanations on the workshop's process flow, process principles, job tasks, equipment performance parameters and structures, operating procedures, common accident prevention and handling, start-up and shutdown plans, anti freezing and anti condensation measures, etc. This enables employees who participate in the training to have a systematic understanding of the entire workshop process in theory, and to have a comprehensive understanding of the loopholes that are prone to occur in practical work, which greatly helps to further improve work efficiency and practical level.
