The Aiyi Jiayuan (Phase VI) Urban Shantytown Renovation Project in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City belongs to the Pingchuan Urban Shantytown Renovation Project. The project is located west of Teaote Road, east of Shuiquan South Road, and south of Jianshe Road in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City. The project is implemented by Gansu Dongfang Yunzhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

The total land area of this project is 67389.99 square meters, with a total construction area of 180809.11 square meters. Among them, the above ground construction area is 134710.45 square meters, and the underground construction area is 46098.66 square meters. The estimated total investment amount of the project is 753.525 million yuan.
