The total land area for the evacuation and resettlement project in Niubai Village, Huangqiao Town, Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province is 362524.5 square meters (approximately 543.8 acres), divided into three blocks: resettlement area, planting area, and breeding area. Among them, the total construction area of the resettlement area is 17922.66 square meters, with 94 households constructing resettlement housing and a construction area of 12557.92 square meters (32 households with 122.3 square meters and 62 households with 139.4 square meters). The construction area of the kindergarten is 1186.8 square meters, and the supporting commercial construction area is 1904.99 square meters. The construction area of the elderly day care center is 1023.14 square meters, the construction area of the community supporting service center is 736.88 square meters, the construction area of the ceremony hall is 265.72 square meters, and the construction area of the fire pump room is 247.21 square meters. Install three 250KVA box transformers in the breeding area. 94 new industrial greenhouses have been built in the planting area, with 1 2000 cubic meter regulating reservoir and supporting water supply network and roads.

The estimated total investment of the project is 125 million yuan, with funding coming from central special funds and local government matching funds. The main project of resettlement housing is planned to be completed by June 2022 and put into use by the end of 2022. After the completion of the project, it will fundamentally solve the improvement of the living environment and production and living conditions of the people in the coal mining subsidence area of Niubai Village, Huangqiao Town. The relocation of people will be more convenient for travel, work, employment, education, and medical treatment, and the infrastructure will be more complete, which can help promote the development of the agricultural industry and enable the relocated people to "move, stay stable, have something to do, and become rich", laying a solid foundation for the implementation of rural revitalization.
