The Jiayujiayuan (Phase II) Urban Shantytown Renovation Project in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City belongs to the Pingchuan Urban Shantytown Renovation Project. The project is located south of Pingtang Road, north of S308 Line, and east of Xingping South Road in Pingchuan District. The project is implemented by Gansu Dongfang Yunzhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
The total land area of this project is 4246.73 meters, with a total construction area of 15725.73 meters. Among them, the above ground construction area is 12228.26 meters (residential area is 11634.92 meters, supporting commercial service area is 593.34 square meters), the underground construction area is 3497.47 square meters (civil defense building is 444.42 meters), 104 new residential buildings are built (52 shantytowns are converted into resettlement houses, and 52 commercial houses are built), and 93 parking spaces are provided (15 above ground and 78 underground). The estimated total investment amount of the project is 67.7234 million yuan.
The construction content of this project is divided into two parts: the main project and the supporting infrastructure within the community.
(1) Main project
A new shear wall structure residential building (Building 3 #) with a total construction area of 11634.92 square meters, consisting of 1 underground floor and 26 above ground floors, with two units, two elevators, and four households arranged; Build one new supporting service network with a frame structure on the first floor, with a building area of 593.34 square meters; Build a new underground framework underground garage with a construction area of 3497.47 square meters (including 444.42 square meters for civil air defense).
(2) Supporting facilities within the community
The supporting facilities in the community include roads and hardening, water supply and drainage, heating, fire protection, electrical and other pipe networks, greening and landscape, etc. 1500 square meters of road hardening, 1275 square meters of green area, 433.97 square meters of square paving and hardening; New 504m ³ 1 fire water tank, 1 100m concrete septic tank, 4 inspection wells, and 2 medium and medium-sized garbage collection points; Lay 420m of water supply network, 400m of drainage network, 510m of heating network, 400m of natural gas network, 420m of fire protection network, 900m of fiber optic cable, 500m of strong electrical cable, and 400m of weak point cable; 2 sets of supporting water supply and pressurization equipment, 2 sets of gas standard box type regulators, 1 set of fire-fighting equipment, 1 set of 500KVA diesel generator, 2 sets of display screens and controllers for fire prevention facilities, and 1 set of display screens and controllers for monitoring facilities; Install 10 sets of electronic monitoring equipment, 2 sets of building intercom equipment, 20 street lights, and 24 energy-saving charging stations.
